We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Workforce Engagement Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of employee engagement, customer benefits, financial wellness and analytics. The intern will do a rotation through various departments to understand the business.
Responsibilities
Rotate through the different areas of Workforce Engagement Organization to understand the touchpoints the organization has with Employers and their employee populations.

Connect with Team Members through the various organization to understand skills for future growth.

Acquire knowledge of the tools, processes, and methodologies utilized by the team.

Collaborate on intern led Capstone Project - Report out and provide recommendations on tools, resources, and enhancements to each rotational area to an audience of peers, managers and senior leadership.

Develop business acumen and enhance collaboration and partnership skills.
,
Gain exposure to various products and services within Group Benefits.
,
Participate in meetings.
,
Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business.

Perform duties supporting organization as assigned or required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong interest in employee engagement, customer benefits, and operations.
,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A willingness to learn.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
