Lead exploratory research to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes
Design and conduct experiments (including AB tests) that maximize learnings for new product feature launches
Manage and enhance a suite of business intelligence frameworks and dashboards to unlock self-service capabilities among non-technical partners
Proactively and consistently analyze the overall performance of our Claims and Customer Service operations team to identify trends, anomalies, or other potentially actionable insights
Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies or introduce new techniques to improve analytical deliverables
Build strong relationships with cross functional partners to influence strategy and to ensure consistent alignment and awareness
As a lead, you will be expected to mentor other analysts across the team to increase talent density and foster professional development and growth
Requirements: 5+ years of work experience in analytics (prior insurance experience preferred) 2+ years of work experience at the Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst level Proficiency with SQL and BI software (Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.) Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative field In-depth knowledge of experimental design and statistical techniques Superior problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and innovatively Exceptional written and oral communication; able to effectively collaborate with and present materials to Director and VP levels Detail oriented; able to effectively multitask across multiple domains; consistently maintains rigorous documentation Roll-up-the sleeves work ethic and do-what-it takes attitude to efficiently execute and drive results in a fast-paced work environment
