- Description:
- The Technical Support Representative works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
- Provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2-3 years of customer service experience; automotive industry experience is preferred
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving
