• Escalate issues to Live Chat Manager as needed
• Promote client products and services
• Maintain a positive and professional image in all interactions

Requirements
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or within a team
• Proficiency in keyboarding and internet navigation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Upbeat and professional demeanor
• Experience in a client-facing role preferred
• Ability to compose professional emails
