Overnight Customer Service Representative

Capital Management Services has an exciting opportunity for Overnight Lost/Stolen Customer Service Positions!
We are currently seeking candidates with strong customer service skills to join our growing team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents.
We are especially interested in candidates with a background in any field requiring customer outreach such as phone customer service, collections, telemarketing, and sales interested in a Work From Home position. This role is performing Lost/Stolen Customer Service for a large banking institution. Candidates with other forms of Customer Service experience who are looking to "break into" the remote call center environment are also encouraged to apply.
- Both the training and the position are 100% fully remote, and are looking for candidates to perform the following functions on a daily basis:
- File Disputes: Customers who call in suspecting fraud on their account must file a dispute for the charges, and must have their debit card shut down for safety.
- Express Empathy: Potential bank account fraud is serious, and scary for customers. The agent must be able to maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls.
- Off-Hours Availability: This job is 100% Nights, 100% Weekends, and 100% Holidays. This is not a traditional 9 to 5, and no traditional hours exist except for holidays.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree Preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Background Check Required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi). We provide equipment, but wireless internet is not permitted.
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone.
- Either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes, or Landline Phone.
- Ability to problem solve
