We are a growing U.S.-Based company that provides in-home services. As we expand, we’re looking to add a full-time customer service representative to our remote team. The goal is to provide fast, friendly, and professional support to every customer who calls in, and to efficiently schedule service appointments based on availability and location. This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, is highly organized, and can communicate clearly in advanced English. The position is fully remote, but due to time zone compatibility, candidates must be based in Central or South America. We operate Monday through Friday during standard U.S. Business hours. We value commitment and consistency, and in return, we offer job stability, a full compensation package in USD, and room to grow within the company.
