Amazon E-commerce Account Manager for A2Z Operations

We are seeking a top-tier Amazon FBA Expert with proven experience in launching successful products and scaling them profitably on Amazon. This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for a strategic partner who understands the Amazon ecosystem deeply and can drive rapid product growth through data-driven SEO, keyword strategy, and in-depth market analysis.

You will be responsible for building and executing full-funnel launch strategies, optimizing listings for maximum visibility and conversion, and delivering high-converting keyword campaigns that accelerate organic ranking and sales velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Market Research:

Conduct advanced product and niche research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.

Perform deep market analysis to identify white-space opportunities with high profit margins and sustainable demand.

Evaluate competitor positioning, pricing, BSR trends, and customer reviews to inform product development and differentiation strategy.

2. Product Launch Strategy:

Develop and execute customized go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Utilize organic and paid launch techniques (rebates, influencer collaboration, early review programs, etc.).

Set up launch-specific PPC funnels to build momentum and drive keyword rank.

Implement pricing strategies for launch, break-even, and profit phases.

3. Keyword Research & SEO:

Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor gap analysis.

Optimize all on-page elements: Title, Bullet Points, Description, Backend Search Terms, A+ Content SEO.

Monitor indexing and ranking movements to iterate on listing performance.

Build keyword clusters and targeting strategies across exact, phrase, broad, and long-tail variations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with content and design teams to brief and create A+ Content, Amazon Brand Store, and high-conversion creatives.

Coordinate with supply chain to ensure inventory readiness and launch timing alignment.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

Provide actionable insights using data from Seller Central, Helium 10, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance.

Track KPIs like organic rank, conversion rate, session data, and keyword velocity.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience with multiple 6–7 figure product launches.

2. Mastery of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Data Dive, Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, etc.

3. Deep understanding of Amazon’s A9 algorithm and ranking mechanics.

4. Proven ability to scale new ASINs quickly through organic + paid tactics.

5. Excellent analytical skills and a test-learn-iterate mindset.

6. Strong communication and ability to operate with minimal oversight.

Preferred (Not Required):

1. Experience managing Amazon launches in international marketplaces.

2. Familiarity with external traffic strategies (Google Ads, TikTok, Influencer Seeding, Attribution).

3. Graphic or branding direction experience for listing assets.
