Job Description:
As an experienced Licensed Virtual Assistant at Agency VA, you will play a vital role in delivering day-to-day customer service and quoting services for our clients. This position requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in a work-from-home environment. If you are passionate about customer service and have a proven track record of excellence, we want to hear from you. UPDATE: we are willing to train the right non-licensed individuals to become licensed as long as you speak Portuguese and English.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls promptly and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Process customer policy change requests accurately and efficiently.
- Collect all necessary documents from customers for new policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the Agency Management System.
- Process premium payments from customers securely and accurately.
- Verify customer information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, and update records as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Set up new client files and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Meet daily goals for new quotes and re-shops, handling carrier daily downloads efficiently.
- This position requires you to sell insurance products
- Requirements:
- This particular position requires the candidate to be bilingual in English and Portuguese...this is a MUST.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Holding a Property & Casualty license in your resident state is a plus
- Experience with both personal and commercial lines is a plus
- Experience with independent agencies is a PLUS
- Sales experience is required and any past experience obtaining sales goals are a plus
- Attention to detail with critical thinking and reasoning skills
- High school Diploma/GED required
- Must pass background check
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
