- Description:
- Provide hands on coaching and feedback to a team of Account Executives
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team of reps to become top achievers and future leaders.
- Hold your team accountable to ensuring that our products, policies and pricing are communicated clearly and accurately to prospects
- Execute effective team meetings, one on one’s, and group trainings
- Exceed monthly sales team quotas
- Implement strategic sales training, planning, and forecasting
- Requirements:
- Have 1+ years of experience effectively developing and managing inside sales teams within a high-volume, outbound sales environment
- Are well-versed in selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
- Possess a consistent track record of success motivating a team to exceed revenue goals
- Embody all Yelp values and operate with high integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability
- Have excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Empathize with, inspire and relate to a diverse workforce and a diverse customer base
- Have experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics
- Have earned a Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of customer-facing experience and hold a HS Diploma or GED
