We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients through our online chat platform. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and maintaining our reputation for excellence in dental care. Responsibilities: ? Respond to patient inquiries and provide support through live chat ? Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving billing inquiries ? Provide information on dental services and procedures ? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution ? Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions Qualifications: ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Strong customer service orientation ?
