Position Summary The Manager – Reporting Analytics & Insights Development will apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations. This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights. A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders’ expectations. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Visual Studio Expert Knowledge of SQL Data Technologies including SSIS and SSRS Demonstrates resourcefulness in problem-solving and confidence in learning complex material Desire to learn about the underlying data and how it relates to business processes Ability to deliver projects on time, understand business requirements and convert It into technical solutions Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs Strong analytical, quantitative, mathematical, skills that can interpret data and communicate effectively to deliver quality product Ability to deliver projects on time, understand business requirement and convert It into technical solutions Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time Understanding and exposure of multiple RDBMS across a variety of database platforms such as Oracle, Teradata and Google Cloud Platform Preferred Qualifications 2+ Years experience with cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP) Experience using Databricks to manipulate data Experience with Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Ability to Understanding of business process improvement, project management and quality practices Experience and proficiency with SQL Server 2014/2016 versions Prior experience with PBM services, insurance, or healthcare 5+ years of relevant experience. Education Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
