We are seeking a Remote Data Input Specialist to join our IT consulting team. You will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in various systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free. This role will support different teams, assist with project tracking, and help maintain data integrity.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and organize client information, project details, and technical data into company databases and CRM systems.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Support team members with data-related tasks, including report creation and documentation.
  • Assist in streamlining data entry processes for efficiency.
    Qualifications:
  • Experience in data entry or data management, preferably in an IT consulting environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira) and IT-related terminology is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
