As a Virtual Dispatch Agent, you'll be the central hub for our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between our team and our clients. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
• *Responsibilities:**

• Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating dispatch activities

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

• Monitor incoming requests and dispatch appropriate resources in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update databases accordingly

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• *Requirements:**

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using technology and software systems for dispatch operations

• Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role is preferred
