Were looking for an experienced, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to join us on a part-time, remote contract (up to 20 hours per week).
Youll be responsible for leading Cloudinarys presence across multiple social platforms, managing campaigns, developing content strategies, and tracking performance metrics.
This role is a great fit for someone passionate about social trends, strong in both written and visual content creation, and excited to build and engage with our vibrant online community.
Requirements: Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for B2B/SaaS developer-focused technology companies. Experience with developing content for creative/marketer/developer personas a plus. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social. Experience with Oktopost is a plus. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that drives engagement. Familiarity with AI tools for content and video production is a plus. Experience working with influencers to create social content and campaigns. Basic visual design skills (experience with tools like Canva) to create graphics for posts and campaigns. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique content formats, best practices, and audience dynamics. Ability to brainstorm innovative, creative social media campaigns that engage and encourage audience interaction. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High-level understanding of paid advertising options on social media platforms, including audience targeting. Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and how social media fits within and supports broader marketing strategies.
