Job Summary
Responsible for all our Go-to-Market Communications processes across both paid and owned communications, and ensuring the process is streamlined and efficient across all areas of marketing and commercial organization. Must drive all processes to completion in a timely and effective manner. Solution-oriented leader who can collaborate and influence, providing an independent 3rd party perspective.

Responsibilities
Maintain overarching responsibility of ensuring all campaign timelines are met and campaigns are launched on time and without error
Guide team to ensure work is prioritized appropriately and ensure project scope is defined and aligned to by all appropriate parties
Identify and anticipate risks to remove issues and clear roadblocks for the Campaign Project Management team
Innovate best practice improvements within the process and tools, including responsibility for Root Cause Analysis and advising on solutions
Account for capacity for all teams across both our Paid and Direct Marketing Processes and responsible for ensuring strong coordination and communication across teams including agency partners
Own Marketing Root Cause Analyses and ensuring results are shared with Sr. leaders in Marketing
Collaborate with agency partners for timelines and deliverables
Synthesize project needs or pivots to consider impacts across all functional areas and campaigns, to make trade-offs when necessary
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of portfolio planning and management as well as continuous improvement practices
Expert knowledge of working with external partners on creative production, media trafficking, project planning, and resource allocation
Expert knowledge of conflict management, negotiation, independent decision-making, influencing and maintaining impartiality, avoiding biases
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships at all levels, including across project teams, with peers, leadership, and senior leadership, including other departments, in order to influence business decisions
Skilled in presenting to executives, with attention details and accuracy
Ability to motivate, coach, and lead project teams through unplanned changes
Ability to listen to, understand, and succinctly communicate ideas in writing or speaking to project teams, peers, leadership, and senior leadership
Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong, either head it off, or problem solve for a positive outcome
Ability to influence and drive solutions at the Marketing Leadership Team level and drive collaboration across teams at the functional level
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
Expert level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:
Project Management
Campaign Management
Continuous Improvement
Creative Production
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $148,500 - 165,000* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
