Job Description:
Job Summary
Provide administrative and project support to dedicated Employee Engagement & Insights Team. General duties include acknowledging Employee life events on behalf of Customer CARE Sr. Leaders, coordinating run-of-show and prepping items for meetings and events, paying vendor invoices, reconciling budgets, and providing support to the Employee Engagement & Insights Team.

Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.

Responsibilities
Participate actively in regularly scheduled meetings for both the Team and department to ensure successful results that meet the changing needs of SWA
Assist in the delivery of projects on time, on target, and on budget
Manage logistics for a variety of department initiatives
Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
Capture notes and project flows into PowerPoint presentations
Communicate with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and internal Customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description
May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, note taking, designing forms, and other office procedures
Knowledge of event and meeting planning
Ability to think strategically and work independently
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and modify actions based on needs of the business
Ability to demonstrate flexibility, common sense, and good judgment
Ability to meet confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Must work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments and projects
Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Entry level experience, developing skills and knowledge in Employee Engagement
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Some travel may be required, flexibility to work outside of regular office hours
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $58,850.00 - $65,400.00per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
