Salary Range: $115,946.00-$172,427.00

What you'll be doing day to day
Support units to drive food commercial excellence through coaching, knowledge transfer and information sharing to, and between, the units
Lead the Food Commercial Team through planning, coaching and coordinating commercial activities in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
Continuously monitor units, competitors and the market to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities
Responsible to steer food pricing and ensure competitive pricing through collaborating with different stakeholders within Food and Commercial
Contribute insights and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner
Responsible for forecasting and setting sales & supply country plan in line with financial plan
Optimize food sales, conversion, gross margin and profit as well as support units to address deviations, reports and analysis supplied by Business Navigator
Responsible for integration of food into activity and commercial calendar by working closely with stakeholders in and outside Commercial
Plan, conduct and follow-up commercial performance and review as well as act upon them to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
Implement common food commercial framework, standards, WoW (way of working), tools and KPIs adapting to local legislation and laws
Lead the food experience improvements and food innovation initiatives through actively collaborating with peers in food as well as relevant stakeholders in order to identify improvement areas
Contribute with knowledge transfer and information sharing to and between the units
Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture
Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
Be an active player in working on sustainability within food (sourcing of local ingredients, circularity in production, usage of sustainable materials and services
