We are seeking a Live Chat Representative to assist customers by providing real-time support through online chat. Your role will be to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner. • Provide information about products/services and troubleshoot basic issues. • Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and resolutions. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being friendly, patient, and helpful. Requirements: • Strong written communication and typing skills. • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations at once. • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
