Responsibilities
• Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance policies to new and existing customers
• Cross-sell and upsell to our current book of business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on provided leads and generate additional opportunities through referrals
• Educate clients on coverage options to help them make informed decisions

Requirements
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping people
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Must obtain or already have a Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license (we can guide you through the process)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is preferred.
