Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Teller to perform various functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bank operations and be able to maintain accurate records and balances.
Key Responsibilities: Represent the bank in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and promoting bank products and services. Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining cash handling skills and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet those needs. Collaborate with area personnel and management to ensure seamless communication and effective working relationships. Perform related duties as required or assigned, including night drop functions, clerical tasks, and maintaining work areas.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Understanding of bank operations preferred. At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred. Previous Teller experience preferred. Good communication and math skills. Professional appearance, dress, and attitude. Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday: Flexible, including Saturdays.
