We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage employee relations, recruitment, and organizational design while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for development.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with management on organization design to optimize workforce efficiency.
Skills
Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
Experience with recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with payroll systems (we use Gusto).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Experience in contract management related to employment agreements and policies.
