Responsibilities
Act as a thought leader and advocate for DEI in recruitment within the company and the broader community.

Strengthen and execute the comprehensive DEI partnership strategy focused on talent acquisition.

Collaborate with internal teams to align DEI partnerships with global talent acquisition goals and regional nuances.

Identify, evaluate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with external partners supporting underrepresented groups.

Plan and manage partner agreements to ensure mutual benefits and successful outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to operationalize and execute diversity activities as part of partnership agreements.

Define and evaluate ROI and measures of success for DEI partnerships in talent acquisition.

Represent the organization at DEI and recruitment events, conferences, and forums.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
,
8+ years of experience in program management, diversity and inclusion, and/or recruiting, with a focus on increasing representation (10+ years preferred).

Ability to build and implement enterprise-wide and scalable programs and solutions.
,
Ability to build influential relationships internally and externally while driving change.
,
Demonstrated ability to drive results and impact by applying an equity lens to work.

Experience working and co-creating with members of underrepresented groups.

Experience in cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally.

Experience in creating, cultivating, and managing partnerships.

Strong communication skills.
