Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer service
Stay informed about product updates and training materials to provide effective service
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
