The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at BeloForm Craft in Kansas City, MO will be responsible for providing support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain and update customer records in the company database
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
