Work in front of a computer for approximately 8 hours speaking with members
Listen to members needs and provide direction for care
Build a trusting and caring relationship with members
Educate members on benefits and health resources
Document and track contacts with members
Resolve issues with limited management intervention
Collaborate with colleagues for the best customer experience
Coach and assist in call center staff development
Requirements: Must work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm EST Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite Experience Experience working multiple screens and applications Effective organizational skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
