Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in administrative tasks and have a strong understanding of e-commerce processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our Amazon FBA business, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our overall success.
- Duties
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records within excel or google sheets
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Provide clerical support, including organising documents and maintaining files.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
- Sourcing products using selleramp and keepa (MAIN PRIORITY)
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and inventory status for management review.
- Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including SellerAmp and Keepa.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
