Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in administrative tasks and have a strong understanding of e-commerce processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our Amazon FBA business, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our overall success.

    Duties
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records within excel or google sheets
  • Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock and placing orders as necessary.
  • Provide clerical support, including organising documents and maintaining files.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Sourcing products using selleramp and keepa (MAIN PRIORITY)
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and inventory status for management review.
    Experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including SellerAmp and Keepa.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
