The Multi-National (MN) Travel Program Specialist will handle a variety of distinct short term consulting engagements, including Commodity Management Sourcing, Project & Experience Management, Sustainability & Wellbeing, Travel Program Optimization, and Traveler Behavior Compliance Science.

Compensation and Benefits

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from (46,000 to )93,000. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. This role is also eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, rewarding participants based on company performance.

Skills
• Understanding of travel data and overall travel-related processes
• Excellent technical skills on travel-related technology, such as online booking systems and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, commitment to quality, adaptability, and self-motivation
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations effectively

Responsibilities
• Interface regularly with GBC Category Practice Line Leads
• Build strong working relationships with Multi-National leadership and commercial teams
• Generate creative ideas for innovative products and services
• Condense large amounts of information into clear, concise formats
• Operate with a sense of urgency to drive results and meet deadlines
• Deliver positive results and resolve issues with creative solutions
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in communication

Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a global environment is a plus
• Must be able to demonstrate measurable results in previous roles
• Ability to understand an issue from several viewpoints

Education Requirements
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Previous experience in travel management or consulting
