Proficient in PC operation and navigation

Responsibilities
Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email)
Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues
Escalate more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments
Troubleshoot customer problems and determine resolutions
Track and document inbound support requests
Update customer information accurately
Meet job performance standards
Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
Comfortable with desktop computer systems
Experience in customer service preferred
