A. Duie Pyle currently has an opening for a Fulltime Warehouse Customer Service Representative in our West Chester, PA location!

Start Time : 8 : 00 AM- Monday thru Friday

• Respond to inquiries from customers
• Process orders for shipment
• Select carriers and call consignees for appointments
• Interact with CSR Teams and LTL carriers
• Follow up on daily shipments
• Miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed

Job Requirements :
• Good computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Good follow up skills; ability to resolve issues from beginning to end
• Ability to work Overtime and Saturday's when required
