What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Process medical claims via electronic fax
• Assist patients with medical-related inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct medical benefits investigations to ensure patient coverage
• Perform data entry and review patient billing and medical information
• Collaborate with carriers to facilitate medication coverage for patients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical benefits or prior authorization
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries with professionalism
• Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

• Previous experience in a medical call center or related field
