What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries while routing calls to the appropriate resources
• Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate information to callers
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the research team for resolution
• Complete necessary administrative work and maintain accurate call logs
• Assist with other projects as assigned by the supervisor

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Familiarity with call center support systems and software
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Experience with handling customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
