Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges according to company policies.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing product-related issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications
At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Must be a peer leader with exemplary attendance, positive attitude, and professional conduct
Driven by success and a desire to innovate and excel in the industry
Pleasant phone demeanor and ability to adapt to different customer personalities

Experience working with an automatic dialer is a plus
