What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Triage urgent clinical needs of patients, caregivers, and referral sources through after-hours calls
• Assist local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals, ensuring accuracy of information
• Meet standardized performance metrics for calls and referrals
• Communicate coordination of care information with team members and external sources
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school graduate or GED required
• At least one year of previous call center experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedicated workspace that is quiet and secure for handling patient information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Three years of related healthcare experience preferred
