Job Summary: As a Virtual Customer Care... Professional, you will be the face of American Express, providing world-class service to our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of the company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customers experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- * Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- * Educate customers about American Express products and services
- * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies
- * Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- * Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- * Strong problem-solving abilities
- * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- * Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
- * High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is preferred
- * Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual environment, is a plus
- Experience:
- * Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in financial services
- * Experience working remotely is highly desirable
- Working Hours:
- * Full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs
