Job Summary: As a Virtual Customer Care... Professional, you will be the face of American Express, providing world-class service to our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of the company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customers experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • * Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • * Educate customers about American Express products and services
  • * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies
  • * Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • * Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities
  • * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • * Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • * High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is preferred
  • * Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual environment, is a plus
  • Experience:
  • * Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in financial services
  • * Experience working remotely is highly desirable
  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * In-depth understanding of American Express products and services
  • * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
