This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, answer questions, and provide product information
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and escalate complex cases
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements
Previous experience as a live chat agent or in a similar customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Proficient in using chat software and computer systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 customer support environment
High school diploma or equivalent
